Natural Ways to Boost Your Immune System

It’s officially dodge everyone sneezing on you at the grocery store season! Here are some things you can do to help build your families immune system.

Eat your fruits and veggies

Don’t get caught up in the fitness marketing giant that says you need a 30 day program to shred your body to pieces in order to be ‘fit’. Biking, swimming, hiking, walking. Those are all wonderful ways to workout.

Keep your stress levels down

Easier said than done, I know! But the fact that stress lowers your immune system is something that just can’t be ignored! Even if you take just 15 minutes for yourself every day, walking, meditating, reading or napping! You can help push that reset button on your stressful day.
