Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

You can’t have fall without pumpkin! So I’m going to skip my life story 😉 and show you my light take on a pumpkin pie milkshake.

Just a heads up, I don’t use exact measurements. And I’m usually making enough for our family of five.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

*Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk (I use the whole 32oz container)

*1 banana

*1/4 can of organic pumpkin

*1 scoop vanilla protein powder (you can also add about 1/2 cup of tofu for some undetectable protein if you like!)

*about 1 tbs of cinnamon

*about 1 cup of Ice

To make this treat extra fun we topped it with some coconut whipped cream (Trader Joe’s for the win!) And sprinkled some cinnamon on top.
